Dollars Provide Diabetes Management

Donations of any size are welcome and greatly appreciated. MFQH Self-Management programs are quality programs that are accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. An individual can attend a full 8-hour Diabetes Self-Management Course for only $20.00. Other comparable courses cost $800.00 to $1,800.00. No one is refused service at MFQH because of an inability to pay. MFQH is able to provide this vital service through donations made in support of its mission.
